Meet Tatiana. A registered early childhood educator at the YMCA with a passion and zest for what she does best - inspiring the lives of young children. For this Meet a Y Educator campaign, I was responsible for pitching the idea to multiple stakeholders, production management, storyboarding, screenwriting, directing, videography, video editing and social media marketing. This video has been a tool to support the recruitment staff at the YMCA to get high quality leads to meet the demands for educators in the child care space in Ontario.
